No you don’t have to subscribe. You can place a one-time order if you want to test the meals out, or you can subscribe to get a weekly Foodery box as well as receive lots of other cool perks and discounts!

We also deliver nationwide! So no matter where you are in the UK mainland, you can get our delicious meals delivered straight to your door.

Yes! On your delivery day, our courier, DPD, will email you with a link to track your package along with a 1 hour delivery window.

Our delivery partners always deliver on the delivery day as your Foodery box contains fresh food to fuel you through the week.

If you are in - perfect! If not, they will leave your package in your specified safe space so that you can collect it when it’s convenient for you.

We ship your food in temperature controlled packaging with ice sheets to keep your food chilled until the evening of your delivery day. We use the best packaging possible to ensure that your food reaches you in optimal condition.

Our meals can be microwaved or heated up in the oven.

Remove any salad or sauce pots before heating. Heat until piping hot and then leave to stand for 1 minute. 

Microwave: Remove the sleeve and pierce the film. Heat on full power for 3 minutes.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Remove the sleeve and pierce the film. Heat for 25 minutes.

Absolutely! We have worked hard to ensure that our packaging is sustainable.

Our delivery box, insulation, meal film and sleeves are 100% recyclable and can be put in your normal recycling bin.

Our eco-friendly trays are made from 95% sustainable paper-based materials and are compostable.

Our ice sheets are reusable too!

Yes! Everything we serve at Foodery is Halal and we only use the best meat bought from HMC certified butchers. We do not serve any non-Halal meals nor handle any non-Halal foods in our kitchen.

Yes! We have spent countless months developing our menu with attention to detail so that each meal on our menu not only tastes good - but does you good! They are low calorie, high protein, nutritious meals perfectly portioned for a healthy and balanced diet. We only use the best ingredients, highest quality meat and freshest produce in all of our meals. Foodery is nutritionist-approved!

When ordering, just click on the ‘MORE INFO’ button on any dish and it will show you all of the macronutrients, ingredients list and allergens for that dish.

Plus on every meal you receive - it will display the macronutrients, ingredients and allergens on the back of the meal sleeve.

Each of our meals have been sent to an accredited lab to tell us the exact macronutrient levels for each of our meals so that so you can be confident that the macros we state on our meals are accurate.

Yes, most of the meals have a 7 day shelf life when kept in the fridge with a few meals having a 5 day shelf life.

This has been tested at an accredited laboratory and we have achieved this by using state of the art packaging technology so that the meals stay fresh for longer.

We never use preservatives and each meal will have the use by date printed on it.

We never freeze your meals and recommend that you don’t too. This is because when you freeze food - water in the food forms ice crystals. These ice crystals can damage cells within the food, leading to a loss of nutrients. We never compromise on taste and quality and want to ensure that your meals have maximum flavour!

Yes! A number of our meals are gluten free, dairy free or both! When ordering - just click the ‘MORE INFO’ button to see.

Unfortunately not. Our meals are high in protein and have been designed for carnivores!

You get a Foodery delivery every Wednesday!

You can change your selection, the number of meals you are going to receive or cancel anytime! You can even skip weeks if you know you’re not going to be in. You are in complete control of your plan.

It’s super simple! Just log into your account and click ‘Manage subscription’. Here you can view and edit your next order, manage upcoming orders, view previous orders, manage your subscription and everything else you need to manage your plan.

For Wednesday deliveries, all changes to orders have to be confirmed by Friday midnight the week before. You can login and make whatever changes you’d like before the cut off point. After the deadline passes, unfortunately, you won’t be able to make any changes to your order.

When you first order, you’ll be charged on that day for your first Foodery box. After your first delivery, you will be billed weekly on Friday at midnight unless you skip a delivery or cancel your subscription.

If you want to cancel - simply click the ‘cancel subscription‘ button when logged into your account and your plan will be stopped. You can start it up again anytime!
